April Lockhart

April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She began the guitar and piano lessons in 7th grade which sparked her interest. April Lockhart penned her first track"Different" at twelve years old. She spent a lot of time at 14 making songs and practicing music. Over the next few months, she started taking writing excursions along with her father in LA in addition to NY. April also began to include additional topics that were related to of her classmates who struggle with issues such as peer pressure disabilities and even teens who commit suicide through the songs Take my Hand. Lockhart is an influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry with a growing fan base. She collaborates with the renowned brand Ilia with whom she has a partnership in addition to being a lifestyle expert. Her disability is a part of her persona, however it is not the whole of the picture. Lockhart's Instagram page doesn't overlook her handicap. But it also doesn't make it a point to emphasize it. What is the message? We all have multiple aspects and that we are all unique and that we are more than our physical selves. It's not my intention to let that determine me. I do not intend to become an influencer in which I only speak about since there are so many other elements to my life. Lockhart says via video from her home in Nashville.
